Fully Integrated RFX® Wireless Weighing Technology

Intercomp's AC30-60™ Scale is the industry standard for high capacity platform weighing. These scales contain no outdated hydraulics or moving mechanical parts. The fully electronic load cells are certified for accuracy and repeatability by U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technologies and European Office of Legal Metrology. They have been tested to over 100,000 cycles for permanence and accuracy conformance over their lifetime.

Constructed from aerospace grade machined aluminum, the self-aligning platforms with a proprietary web bridge support provide the utmost in durability and are designed to last. When calibrated using Intercomp manual or auto calibration systems, these platform scales can be tested, corrected and verified in less than one hour, saving valuable time.

Low Profile High Capacity Fully Electronic RFX® Wireless Scales

Building on decades of aircraft weight and balance experience, Intercomp's AC60-LP™ low profile scale sets the new industry standard for aircraft platform weighing scales. No other fully electronic system incorporates unsurpassed performance of accuracy and repeatability into a single person portable scale that meets the requirements of airlines, MRO's, militaries and manufacturers for narrow and widebody aircraft weight and balance operations.

Incorporating Intercomp’s GaugeSense™ Technology, the fully electronic scales and load cells eliminates scale warm up time, shortens time between weighings, and removes the need for centering of tires on the active weighing platform. This is in contrast to older, hydraulically actuated, piezo-sensing scale technology, which results in Intercomp scales providing significant time savings for each weighing procedure.

The large active weighing platform enables weighing of even the largest commercial and military aircraft. Highly Durable Weigh Bridges in a Variety of Lengths

Rugged AX900™ weigh bridges are available in a variety of lengths, capacities and configurations to weigh anything from single to multi-axle vehicles in locations where permanent scale installations are not feasible. Cable-free operation is made possible by embedded radios enabling wireless communication back to a variety of devices, while digital output still allows for cable backup. Weighing 51 lb (23 kg) with a profile of just 1.5" (38 mm), the LP600™ Low-Profile Wheel Load Scale weighs loads up to 30,000 lb (15,000 kg) per pad with an accuracy of ±1%.  They also feature Fully Integrated RFX® Wireless Weighing Technology making it possible to sequentially couple and number scales, as well as link them to a multitude of Intercomp weighing indicators. Additionally, built in solar charging panels virtually eliminate the need to manually recharge batteries between uses.

Portable Weighing Solution for Checkweighing & Compliance

The LP600-15T™ system weighs axle-by-axle in static mode, using just two scales, while extension levelers keep axle groups on a level plane, providing ±1% accuracy. Ideal for customers weighing heavy vehicles on unimproved surfaces, and can be transported in the trunk of a vehicle and set up by one or two people in under fifteen minutes.

LP788™ Low-Profile Wheel Load Scales measure just 0.82" (21 mm) in height and weigh a mere 38 lb (17 kg), yet they can weigh up to 15 tons per pad.  Featuring solar panels which charge both the batteries and power the electronic load cells, scales communicate, cable-free, using Intercomp’s Fully Integrated RFX® Wireless Weighing technology.

The completely aluminum structure maximizes the scale's life and greatly reduces overall weight, making these scales ultra portable, a breeze to transport, and greatly ease roadside setup.  These scales are ideal for direct enforcement operations and can be easily transported in a standard patrol car or SUV. They are setup in minutes by one person and the data collected is transmitted to Intercomp's rugged PT20™ CPU with printer for processing or analysis.

PT300™ scales have been setting the bar for portable, self-contained, compact wheel load scales for decades. Used to maximize legal payloads and reduce maintenance due to overload stress on equipment, these all aluminum, fully-equipped electronic scales are capable of weighing up to 25,000 lb (11,300 kg) with an accuracy of ±1%. They also feature RFX® Wireless Weighing communication between scales and remote indicators, and all PT300™ scales come standard with solar charging panels that virtually eliminate the need to manually recharge batteries between uses.
